About

With a background in business in New York City and over sixteen years as a therapist in the Bay Area, I bring a unique perspective to executive and leadership coaching. Most coaches do not have the psychological and behavioral training that my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology affords. At the same time, psychologists do not usually have a background in business.

As a psychologist, I have advanced training in behavioral therapies that help individuals break bad habits and keep good ones. I also have advanced training in relational therapies, helping people learn to communicate better, see outside perspectives, and listen with more openness. In addition, I have been trained in multicultural diversity and am able to help bridge understanding and communication between personalities from varying cultures and perspectives.

Prior to attending graduate school, I worked in start-ups, public companies, and non-profits. I’m a small business owner and advise tech start-ups in the self-help space. I have had the honor of working with senior executives from top companies throughout the world, including Uber, OpenDoor, FitBod, AllStripes, and Gap, giving me a perspective that is both unique and timely. I work with entrepreneurs and executives who seek to organize their core values, develop effective systems, and increase leadership skills.
